The quartet has taken Adelaide’s favourite girl, Ronnie Taheny and her originals and arranged them for voice, cello, flute, harmonica, piano, guitar, percussion, drums, a bit of comic theatre and your refined ear. At last, a fresh sound in contemporary songs. Think enthusiasm, irreverence and energy not stodgy classical deliveries. Beneath their larrikin exterior there beats four hearts of sheer class, arse, talent and shameless glamour.

Fancy being smuggled into Bosnia? Or dodging bullets in Jerusalem? Or jumping from a burning building in Antwerp? What about being whisked away for a day or two by the Bedouin? Admittedly, breaking into the Athens Olympic Arena in order to do a 400m lap of honour was not one of Ronnie's best ideas in early 2004 but it seems these stunts cannot be stopped. Taheny is a larrikin both on and off the stage. She's single-handedly played from Prague to LA and been part of the festival and touring circuit in Europe now for 13yrs. She writes songs for European pop stars and all the songs for the "Outhouse Orchestra"; (OO). This ex-Phys Ed/Music high school teacher chooses to live the life of the irresponsible and decadent artist everyday. Why wait to be dead for 200 years before enjoying the inevitable fame and acclaim? she enquires, "I intend to be fondly remembered as one of history's great composers right now complete with rudimentary tantrums, intermediate madness and, hopefully, advanced syphilis." Self-appointed Food and Beverage Manager for the tour 2009.

Groomed for the National Opera Company of Netherlands, this former sports teacher, KLM flight attendant and veterinarian chose to turn her back on it all in order to co-found the Outhouse Orchestra, since every band needs a ruthless merchandising and pedantic treasury officer. This multi-instrumentalist returned to Europe in 2008 to join Ronnie's, It's All About Me! DVD tour and has taken over all sales a accountancy matters for the Outhouse. Talent.

After years of classical training, Amanda’s big break came only recently with the advent of the "Outhouse Orchestra";. She is the third glamorous member of the OO and will contribute immeasurable talent and class to the band *and* to the OO European tour in 2009. Due to her social graces, she has been *the* designated person for all 'Meet and Greet'. It's not *who* you know, it's *how* you get to know them. Just ask Amanda.

Since graduating in 2005 with a Bachelor of Music in Jazz Performance (Hon.) he has kept up a punishing schedule of gigging, recording, producing, touring and teaching as well as session work and his own writing. It's really surprising how much time you have when you don't eat or sleep - he claims. Being called a drummer is, however, a gross under-statement.
